Ryan Gagné is a father, husband, and an autistic small business owner. He’s been tattooing since 2007, and opened his first business in 2017. Ryan says that learning about his autism has helped him understand his business better, emphasizing the importance of self-employment. Since founding Stronghold Tattoo in 2021, Ryan’s goal is to break down the stigma of ego-driven tattoo shops, and to put the customer’s needs and wants first, all without sacrificing quality.
